Wow…. Wow… Wow… *is speechless*

Watched X3:TLS last night and just… wow. Totally loved it. Haven’t watched the first X-men movie but was able to catch the second one and this one is waaaay better than that. Or maybe because it was too Wolverine-centric and that appeals to me being a Wolverine fan. ^^; Heck, it could have been Storm-centric, I wouldn’t care since for one, Hugh Jackman is soooooo hot. Like drool-worthy hot. Like make-me-come-in-my-pants hot. XD But you know what would have made it even better?! Goddammit, I still want my Gambit! Gambit and Wolverine are my absolute fave X-men. I could even live without Cyclops. But not without those two! Waaaaah! Gambit please!

Maybe that’s also one of the reasons why I love this movie. Because there was just 5 minutes of Cyclops and then he died… Or so the plot makes us think. I kinda like the Cartoon/Comic!Rogue but for Movie!Rogue I could care less. Yeah, I guess less of my not-so-favorite characters on a movie made me liked this one even more. Especially Movie!Rogue. I don’t know, I never was a fan of Anna Paquin. I don’t like her in the role as Rogue. Maybe because I think she’s too young for it, though I know she’s not that young anymore. But whenever I see her, I think of her as the girl in the movie The Piano.

Have I said that Hugh Jackman is hot! Yes he is! During that last scene between Dark Pheonix and Wolverine, I was really waiting for Wolverine’s pant to be torn off. Damn. Why didn’t it?! His skin was starting to disintigrate and everything but he still has his pants on?! It’s just like the expandable pants of Eric Bana and Incredible Hulk. XDDD It just made me curious, but, was his body that great during X2? Because the last time that I saw him, I think it was in Van Helsing, he still wasn’t that well-built. Or was it just covered with Van Helsing’s coat? Anyway, he’s still yummy whatever his role is. *_____*

The Juggernaut vs Kitty run was kinda cute. Maybe because I like Vinnie Jones. First saw him at She’s The Man as that ego-tripping coach. Pretty similar personality as the Juggernaut. And I like those alpha-male jock characters. XDDDD

Anyway, after the movie, I was wondering if there’s gonna be an X4. I know the producers said that they’ll stop at 3 but will continue with spin-offs starting with the Wolverine one for 2007. (OMG! More Hugh Jackman sexinesssssss!!! *hyperventilates*) But with that type of ending, it was so open for a continuation. Of course with out Jean Grey and Cyclops. But Magneto’s powers aren’t really gone since he was sorta able to move that chess piece. Plus technically, Xavier’s back at the hospital only with a different body, I guess. So there could be an X4, right? WIshful thinking, I know, but if ever they do that, I really hope that they include a Gambit on it. Or Gambit could appear in the Wolverine or Magneto spin-off!

So yeah, totally love it. After the kinda letdown of The Da Vinci code, I’m glad that this one’s absolutely great. The runtime of the movie’s pretty short compared to the runtime of The DVC and MI:III. But unlike them, I didn’t notice the time pass by. The story was pretty fast paced and a lot of things happened and were squeezed in into the 1 hour and 43 minute movie.

Oh, some stuff to look out for once you watch the movie (and I’m telling you that you should really watch the movie!) Stan Lee! Watering his garden at maybe the first 15-20 minutes of the movie. And the sexiness that is Hugh Jackman almost naked! *fans self* I can’t stress that enough, can I. XDDD Sexy Hugh Jackman! And please please please see the movie up to the end of the credits since there is an extra scene in there. It was funny at the cinema we usually take one of the closest seats to the screen and when the credits rolled and that particular scene finished, when I looked back, I just saw two other people in the cinema with us. *shrugs* Poor other people, not knowing what happened to one of the more important characters. ^^;
