on ramblings about yakitate, bleach, fma and joker-sama
first there was bleach and now there's yakitate japan anime! and both are coming out on the fifth of october. bleach is on 630 at tvtokyo and yp is at 7, though i don't know what channel it's going to be on. i totally loooove the manga of YP! hilarious as hell and azuma's totally adorable! now i'm wondering if YP's gonna be subbed by some group. *crosses her fingers and hope that it does* i hope the anime is as hilarious as the manga. i wonder if they're going to dress down yukino like the manga. *stabs stabs yukino* i hate her. -.- anyway, for those of you who don't know, yp is being scanslated by snoopycool. i'm planning on making a "primer site" on this one. i was supposed to make it to a primer site and fanlisting but the fanlisting was already taken. -.- btw, the primer site i'm talking about's just something like information site. since in this case, i can't get my hands on the manga itself and make personal scans, i'll just stick with information found in the manga as snoopy is coming out with it.
on other thoughts... lookie here and scroll down on the news section... joker-sama!!!!!!!! *drools at the sight of joker* and lookie some more: joker-sama anime-fied. better than the studio peirrot joker back when they did flame of recca anime series. *drools some more at joker-sama, his sleeveless shirt, his shexay beanie, and his long locks* damn. i am soooo in love with this guy. XD i can't wait for her joker shrine to go online.
finally spoon released ep 42 of fma. i'm behind the anime since i just wait for spoon to release theirs. i still have to watch it though and that one i'll do tonight. anyway, also catched up with the manga for that one until chapter 38. anyone knows how many chapters are now out? anyway, even with the differences between the anime and manga, the anime still is pretty kickass. but i so miss some of the manga in it. i would have loved to see bradley in action against greed for one. plus i'd like to see ling in the anime. i heard that there'll be a season two for the anime slated for airing next year. i hope they show ling then. hmmm.. will talk more later. ^_^

layout update on shiromaNU. this one's something new. no pictures, no frills. pretty minimalistic. i think i'll do a series of no-gaming no-character layout such as this one for the white-mageNETWORK. i just don't know how far this challenge to myself will go plus i don't know how each long each layout will last.
was just talking about 1Gig gmail service by google the other day. then i saw this article talking about gmail being auctioned off at ebay. wow... a gmail account which can be acquired free being sold for 60USD?!... and here i gave one of my invitations for free. XD when i headed off to ebay yesterday and did a search for gmail accounts, i can see them going as high as 80USD. easy bucks, man. right now though, they're down to 20USD average.
on another note, i saw the lunar eclipse last night. actually, more of this really really early morning. around 3:30AM. when everyone's in dreamland. the moon's pretty big with this orangish-reddish glow. was lazy to get my telescope and set it up in my room, so just watched it with the naked eye. heard that there were also supposed to be some comets sightings as well. that one i wasn't able to see. will try to catch it in the next couple of days... hopefully.
on another level, was able to download some manga off snoopycool. i didn't know they were doing MAR, the manga nobuyuki-sensei is currently doing after Flame of Recca. the characters remain as cute as ever though they still remind me too much of Recca and his co-horts. another series they're doing is Midori no Hibi. i heard that this is released as an anime. don't have any news on that one (the anime that is). but this is one freakin' funny manga. the third current series i'm checking out in SP is Yakitate Japan. think Cooking Master Boy crossed with Hikaru no Go. I don't know why but it has some similarities with HikaGo. i think it's the art. the artwork in the chapters that i read are similar to HikaGo. but i know YJ isn't done by Obata-sensei. or again, maybe my eyes are deceiving me.
well... that's all right now. i'm off to catch van helsing. it's already released here (philippines, that is). two days advanced than what's said to be the released date in the states.
