OhEmGeee! Why didn’t I know of this?! Where was I in the past few months? Was I sleeping in a remote cave that I didn’t even know that they were making a 3rd one?! Now I really need to finish the second one. But I hate my game for it because my copy’s one of those copies with a glitch in it. No sound in parts, no dialogue sometimes, invisible enemies. And that’s one of the indication that the game will hang in the end. Argh! Will try to see if I could finish Warrior Within before I play this one. I know WW’s plot is kinda necessary to understand what’s happening in the third game..

As for Two Thrones, the gameplay looks like WW: being able to use two swords, hacking at the enemy, beheading them… Just smash the buttons and the prince will do some cool acrobatic move. XD But in addition to swords and axes, the prince now has a whip! Well, it looks like a chain whip, but heck. That’s cool! And in addition to that, the return of Farrah!!!! Whee! I’m more of a PrincexFarrah fan than the Empress (sorry forgot her name) But anyway, whee! Farrah’s back! And she still has her bow and arrow. I hope that she kicks more ass this time than someone who gets in the way when you’re fighting off enemies. XP And OMG! The trailer’s graphics of this one’s making me drool. I hope that’s also how it’s rendered in the PS2. Usually, PS2 renders get a bit squarrish than the trailer’s. The almost perfect quality render I’ve seen are usually on the XBox or the Windows platforms. Bahh. I’ll still be able to live without and XBox. Plus, I’ll still appreciate this game on my PS2, for sure. *wonders if they already have this game in our local stores*

submitted to playing pressure (if ever there’s one >.>) and bought PoP:WW already. well, technically, the copies circulating before a game is officially launched here are those beta leaks. and so most of the times there are several glitches… like playing with no sound, no dialogue or even worse with invisible enemies who are hacking you to death. and that’s what’s happening with me. XD that’s what you get for buying pirated games. x.x but then, this is asia… and there aren’t really strict rules in bootlegs. i know i’m technically stealing but heck, an original game costs an arm and a half a leg here. it’s that expensive. but for PoP, i think i’m willing to give half of my arm… let’s just see.

anyway, on to the game… so far (and i don’t know how far i am in the game) i’m loving it… though not as much as i love SoT. (but heck, i’m placing SoT really high in my rankings) what i’m currently really missing from SoT in WW: the witty one-sided dialogue by the prince. no.. really. i found that pretty entertaining in SoT. but since technically, the prince at WW is a darker and more mature one, i guess that hearing those SoT-kind of dialogue from his mouth isn’t really possible. as for other stuff, the great gameplay’s still there. love the prince’s acrobats, his fighting moves, and yeah.. love using two swords this time!! that was a plus. ^O^ as for storyline, it’s pretty much good so far. i just hope that everything culminates into a great ending which is one of the best points of the storyline of SoT.

enough of PoP. on to other stuff, i bought myself a belated birthday/early christmas present! a second hand original GBA complete with the necessary accessories and five games. got it from a friend who’s selling it. yeah, right… a present for myself, eh? well, that’s just me and my impulsive buying self trying to justify that it’s really more of a present for myself than a me spending on unnecessary stuff. hahaha. but, hey, i really bought that one with the intent of playing KH:CoM on it. right now though, from the five games that i have, i think i’ll only be able to play two of em. and i don’t know what other games are good. so yeah. need something else to play on it.

since everyone’s posting their wishlist.. i think i’ll post mine later at my LJ. oh and yeah, tomorrow’s the first of december. it’s actually my mom’s and dad’s birthday but i don’t know what to get them. any suggestions?

this game is making me drool and wet my pants! no, really! and it’s coming out on the 30th of november. i’ll give it a week or more to be made available on our local pirated stores before grabbing it. so far the ign impression of the preview i’ve read gives it great marks like that of sands of time. the only drawback… so far at the first half, there isn’t much puzzle solving. personally, i love the puzzles of SoT especially at the observatory room. i hope at the second half of WW, there would be something interesting popping up. gyash. i really really really want to play it right now. more screenshots here.
